CORONAVIRUS COVID-19
Separated Fathers Inc. has adapted its services as a precautionary measure to further protect the health of our community so to stop the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus.
Our following services are:

One-on-one co-parenting coaching sessions on telephone or Skype from Monday till Thursday (10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).

English Support Groups are now offered on ZOOM on a by-weekly basis.
If you wish to visit us in person at our premises, please us call first. We will invite you to comply to the COVID-19 self-care care guides put in place by l’Institut national de santé publique du Québec (INSPQ).

This video clip aims to raise awareness of the impact of separation on our
mental health to especially reach out to men and fathers who do not
dare ask for help during the period of separation.
We invite them to dare, for their children and for our entire community.

PEER-SEVERANCE, BREAKING DOWN ISOLATION
Separated Fathers Inc. has been invited by Dr. Robert Whitley, Professor & Researcher at McGill University and the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, to partake in an action-research project video involving separated fathers on the theme 'how breaking down isolation can be a key driver to recovery and balance'.
